Mini Itx 90 PSU vs CPU

I am planning of making a mini itx computer. I have a certain budget which allows me to get a 90watt mini itx 24pin psu.

I was wondering if this 90psu can supply enough for a socket 775 intel core duo processor at 65W? or a 35W celeron Conroe single core?

This new system will be fanless and will not have no cd-rom.

There are many considerations when evaluating a PSU, and total wattage is only one of those. If it were a decent modern PSU, I would say 90W would probably be OK for a Celeron, case and CPU fan, hard drive, and motherboard.
