Hello everyone!

I recently moved from Portugal to Iceland, leaving behind my excellent desktop setup. Since bringing it with me wasn't feasible, I opted for a laptop. However, the laptop falls short of my needs, and I believe a desktop would provide significantly better performance within the same budget as buying a new laptop.

I currently own a 15'' Arzopa portable monitor and plan to purchase another one to use with my new build. To ensure maximum portability, I'm looking for a mini-ITX setup. Can you help by suggesting a configuration within my budget of 1500€? I'll be purchasing the components in Portugal, and I'm considering to buy at www.pcdiga.com as they can also put all together.

My goal is to make it as compact as possible, and I already have the other peripherals. I frequently edit videos, process a substantial amount of photography, and enjoy playing games such as GTA 5 RP and Red Dead Redemption. While I'm eager to play more recent games, unfortunately, I can't run some of the newer ones on my current system.

Thank you so much in advance! I'm optimistic that there are individuals who can provide valuable suggestions.

The Lian Li Q58 looks really nice, and it has air intakes on the sides for your gpu.

What is the estimated money you're gonna put into it?

MB format/size has little to do with performance providing CPU and memory being same as on full size ATX. Such MBs generally have smaller VRM and can't provide enough power for top end CPUs. That's where AMD CPUs have some advantage in using less power for same core number. R5 7500/7600 is a good example, low wattage, relatively cool but still very good for gaming, some times beating CPUs with more cores.
DDR5 memory has larger capacity modules and dual channel even with one stick so perfect for small form PCs with limited number of slots.
Biggest problem is with GPUs, some are too large for small cases but there are mini GPUs with more or less comparable performance.
You might want to wait a bit for AMD Ryzen APU 8000 series that includes IGPU comparable to mid/low class dedicated GPUs in order of GTx 1060 or better.

The prices are a bit high in portugal.

This is what i would recommend:
