I put the Gigabyte wifi board because then I wont have any dongles sticking out, and do you know of a really small mini itx case?

Mini Box M350 is smaller, but good luck fitting your parts inside. Smallest you can go with your build is the CM Elite 120 advanced or 130, Fractal Design Node 304 or BitFenix Prodigy.

True, but I would like something smaller.

going to something smaller would actually sacrifice cooling performance, not to mention that your GPU sticks out vertically from the motherboard, so it's tough to get anything significantly smaller without using some sort of PCIe bridge to lay the GPU down flat

Seems pretty solid for an ITX build, just remember that OEM is tied to one mobo only and if you change your motherboard you will have to buy a new OS.

I am debating between the i5 4430 or the 3350P, but the next gen Intel CPUs will be 14nm, so it will be a different socket

very little performance difference between the two imo, but personally I prefer to get newer tech unless you really need to save the couple of bucks.

also FYI, 14nm desktop chips are delayed at Intel. they haven't released a reason, but current info/rumors point to a 2015 release instead of 2014 for desktop broadwell
