mini-ITX build: Please help me choose between MSI, Gigabyte and ASRock Z87 motherboards

Hi,

I am confused between the following Z87 boards:

ASRock Z87E-ITX
GIGABYTE GA-Z87N-WIFI
MSI Z87I

I am favoring the ASRock due to the headphone amplifier, the 802.11ac wifi card and (probably) better components / VRC
However, I am open to suggestions.
Which one of these three boards is most reliable. I might go in for some modest overclocking later on

Comparison

PS: I will be using the i5-4760k processor and dual booting windows and ubuntu
I am still researching but wifi/BT module on the ASRock might not work on Ubuntu. In that case I will be choosing between the Gigabyte and MSI
