Mini-ITX Carputer Q&A

Hello nerds!

I'm considering installing a carputer, and for obvious reasons want to keep the machine as physically compact as possible whilst still having the following requirements:

Windows 7/8 Compatible
VGA-out on board
Wi-Fi + BT support (via mini-PCIe)
5.1 Audio
4x USB minimum

So far, the only board I've found that meets the requirements is the Jetway NC9MGL - http://www.jetwaycomputer.com/NC9M.html

Is there a smaller option that anyone's aware of?
Is there a mobo compatible with i3/i5 that meets ALL my requirements?

Note: I'm aware that there are plenty of haswell mITX boards that support everything listed above apart from on-board VGA and you may be all like "dude just convert from DVI to VGA" but I'd rather not.

If you want a prebuilt, try a Nuc from Stealth. They are super small and won an award for best mini PC. Of course they are more expensive than building it yourself, but they have a model to fit every need. For the car, I'd go for a passive, fanless/noiseless model to fit under the passanger seat (not in the trunk because during summer it gets hot in there) and run cables where you need them under the carpet. If it's in the cab you can turn on the AC and use the feet vents to blow cooler air down there.

However, as far as I can tell there are none that have 5.1 sound AND VGA.
