Solution

Sorry, I forgot that one. Also, I made a link with new specs. What do you think about this one? Do you think it is necessary to have a CPU Cooler in this build, or any other coolers/fans? Does the GTX 780 fit into the case?

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($299.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus Z97I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($156.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)...

Here's an ITX version I built, right now I'm trying to get feedback on it, I think your build is good, if you're just gaming an i7 is overkill from what I've heard, however the extra cores are useful for Encoding, Compiling and other multi-threaded activities. If you're interested in saving money for similar preformance, here's mine:

I will admit, my build cuts back in some areas like the PSU and optical drive (digital downloads can be used for the OS installation, I use steam for games) But in return it supports a pretty awesome GTX 780 for gaming, it all depends what compromises you're interested in and the money you're willing to invest.
