Mini ITX issue

Hello, recently i upgraded my Aienware x51 r2 took the mobo out of the case, and bought a new case. Got a GPU and a PSU and water cooling and all is well, except that the amount of 4 prong and 3 prong fan power out puts needed. My radiator and 2 fans with it need a 3 prong and 2 four prong connectors. My 2 case fans need 3 prongs each. Also my fan controller and other front panel needs need 4 prong connectors as well which adds 3 more but my giant gtx960 blocks one of the 4 prongs so idk what to do help please.

i do, it comes with the case, do i need to plug in all my fans to do fan controller that's what those 3, 4 prong connectors are for i think . its jsut what do i do since all my fans use a 3 prong connector other than the radiator fans
