I recently picked up an i5 6600 on sale for $177 so i naturally do not plan on overclocking. Right now this is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cKnQZ8

I am torn between this motherboard :

And this one:

The Gigabyte I can buy in a combo with the cooler master elite 130 and get an additional $8 off. I heard the Z Gigabyte mini ITX (non gaming) had terrible reviews because it throttled.

Still uncertain about the RAM affordable SSD and not 100% sure about the PSU (it's about 2 pounds heavier than I'd like)

Opinions?

There aren't that many reviews out theree but as far as features are concerned I'd go with the Asus.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104532&cm_re=DDR4_2133-_-20-104-532-_-Product for your RAM.

I opted for a 120GB Adata SSD https://www.amazon.com/ADATA-Premier-SP550-Superior-ASP550SS3-120GM-C/dp/B013J7PP96/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1468043356&sr=1-1&keywords=adata+120GB but the 240GB https://www.amazon.com/ADATA-Premier-Superior-to560MB-ASP550SS3-240GM-C/dp/B013J7Q338/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1468043259&sr=1-1&keywords=adata+240GB SSD is a better value.
