Mini-Itx Motherboard without Internet

I'm looking to build a mini-itx computer for a trip I'll be going on. They don't allow any devices that can access the internet there, so I'm hoping to make a mini-itx build with a network card that I'll later remove.
If anyone has any suggestions for where I can find a motherboard like this, I'd really appreciate it.

That's impossible, I think. You always have the Ethernet port.

They probably mean wirelessly. Buy any mini ITX motherboard, you can always just take out the wireless card!

They wouldn't mean the ethernet port because if they discourage internet what the heck would you plug it into?
