[SOLVED] mini ITX motherboards?

I'll soon be building a small form factor PC for my daughter based around a ryzen 5 3400G in a cooler master mastercase H100. The only real issue Im having is finding a decent B450 itx motherboard that will be ryzen 3000 ready straight from the box.(i know newer manufactured models will have the BIOS update but Im buying online so there is no real guarantee.) I was looking at the gigabyte B450 I Aorus Pro Wifi but again, some reviews Ive read say it had the sticker but some say they had to update the BIOS. Does anyone know if there is a MSI MAX mini itx board?

The 3400G has been out for about a year, and with the COVID supply shortages, chances are pretty good you'll get a board that ships with a new enough BIOS.

Sorry,had to un-best answer, your answer, they dont sell it in the UK. (well,from everywhere ive looked.) But thanks anyway.

Ive emailed 2 online retailers about different B450 boards they have and both say I'll need to do a BIOS update as they only support the 2000 series......it's crazy!

If you have a brick-and-mortar PC store near you, they might offer BIOS updates. Otherwise, AMD has a CPU loaner program for this. Not sure if they do it in UK though, you'll have to check.

Ive found 1 board that meets all my requirements but it's more than i'd like to spend on a b450, (nearly £150!) but needs must I suppose...

Wait for Ryzen 4000 APU so you can use a B550 board?
