im pretty sure u wont get that prices in indian market its probably gonna be a lot higher than provided rates

He's already pared your parts list to the bone and still had to go a little over. An 11th-gen Intel i5 adds more to the cost. The only currently available ASUS ITX motherboard for an 11th-generation Intel costs nearly three times as much. Staying with the Ryzen and going with an ASUS ITX motherboard adds $100 instead of $200. You don't have room to add a Dell S-series monitor, which starts at $200. Or add an additional storage drive. Or get a more expensive case.

You're either going to need to be more realistic about your goals and eliminate some of your newest requirements or raise your budget significantly. The basic problem here is that you appear to want a $1000 build for $650. And even that's only if you shop in the US; this will all be even more expensive in India.

Are you seeing the basic problem here? This is about the cheapest you can manage shopping in the US, that meets all your stated requirements. Now, if you can exceed your budget by 40% and shop in the US, then you could do this. But you told us $650. 45K INR is already closer to $600 and given the higher prices in Indian, you'd probably have to more than double your budget.

Its due to costing around 5600G (28K INR) vs Intel i5 11th Gen CPUs; however 5600X is within/around 21K INR but the concern is around year of release. So thats why I felt to request for Intel i5 11th Gen CPUs.

Further I was able to find a budget ASUS motherboard ASUS TUF GAMING B560M-PLUS WIFI LGA 1200; so please help me here.

Made some changes to the OP's partial build. 2400 ram is too slow. Nvme can be faster, and cheaper, than a sata ssd. Still a little over $650.

The 5600g has superior graphics, uses less power, hence my earlier choice. The best we can really do is give you ideas on what to look for. PCPP no longer has an Indian section.

Basic office, htpc usage. I'd not worry about longetivity of the platform, for that use you could easily use a 4th gen Intel 4790 which is already 7 years old. And that's all anyone could reasonably expect to own a pc. Gaming/productivity pc's, workstations etc are a whole different story, where FPS counts and encoding/decoding times are measured in $$.

I'm sitting here looking at an old 775 Sony Viao with a bottom of the line 915 chipset and dual core Intel that still works just fine. Doesn't need Asus boards or a Lian-Li case.

I have had excel files that made even an i5 4590 chug along. Simple spreadsheets are probably fine, but there are cases that require more horsepower, and definitely more ram.

However the concern is with the current age ‎software‎s (like chrome/ multiple spreadsheets/slides /outlook/ high-res streaming/non-streaming videos) which through development in tech, demand for more memory/cpu power.
