Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP
Budget Range: $500-800
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Streaming with OBS to YouTube & Twitch while simultaneously recording from 3 cameras.
Are you buying a monitor: No
Parts to Upgrade: Complete new computer minus peripherals
Do you need to buy OS: Yes unless it comes preinstalled
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No preference as long as it is mainstream
Location: City, State/Region, Country - United states, there are no computer stores within 50 miles of me that would be less expensive than Newegg
Parts Preferences: None
Overclocking: Maybe, do not want huge cooling demands
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: Durability important, will be in a garage environment with significant dirt and dust. Not wedded to any OS, but M1 Macs can't run OBS at this time, so Windows or Linux are most likely
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Currently using a Mac Mini, circa 2014 which sometimes has trouble streaming and recording simultaneously.
No parts selected, but already have monitor (HDMI), keyboard, mouse, microphone and cameras - no accessories needed.

How many webcams are we talking about here? Might want to also mention the app's you're going to use on said system. From the get go, I'm assuming you're going to need copious amounts of ram but I don't think 500USD will get you far.
