Mini sd card is not formatting is shows the memory card is write protected pleas

sir i am using kingstone 1 gb micro sd mini card but due to some reasons it stop working .when i am going to format it shows the memory card is write protected please release the write protect switch.
please help me as soon as possible .

Micro-SD in SD adapter?
Check and see if the Write Protect Switch has moved to the Lock(ed) position.
