I have an HP Pavilion 570-p059 mini tower/desktop that crashes during startup about 2 seconds after the loading circle starts below the Windows 10 logo. The same thing also happens at the same spot when I try to run the startup repair or the Windows 10 installer. Basically anything that involves that loading circle. The only thing that fixes it is installing a video card, but I don't want to use one due to limited space. So it seems to obviously be a graphics issue, but do I have to use a video card or is there a way to fix this?

Specs:
HP Pavilion 570-p059 mini desktop pc
CPU: AMD A12-9800 (Bristol Ridge)
RAM: Kingston 16gb (2x8gb 1Rx8 Pc4 - 2400T - UA2 - 11)
Integrated Graphics: AMD Radeon R7
GPU: EGVA Geforce GT
PSU: Corssair VX550W

I'm sure you'll get other advice, but i'm thinking you need to replace graphics adapter.
