MiniITX Gaming Parts

I'm looking for the following parts for a lightweight pc to carry back and forth to my friends and various places. I already have an i5 6600k GTX 1070 build I wouldn't mind transferring over to mini ITX. Then I would just need a new motherboard. That option seems more reasonable, as I only have ~$300 to work with. I also have a GTX 960 to use If I don't use my 1070. What do you guys think?
