Question Minimal right click menu in Avira

Hello:
Often, when I right click at the Avira logo at the notification area, this is what I get:

I should get a full menu which including stopping the real time protection.
Tried repair Avira, tried reinstall Avira, nothing help.
What I can do to solve this problem?

look like you are pirating windows. probably malware issue
fresh os install. and stop pirating software
