minimizing problem on vista 64bit

Hey!

Im having trouble with my pc. It goes like this when im using my computer these days it always minimizes the window and have to click back on it to use it again.
E.g im in word typing up a report and it minimizes itself or stops me from typing so i have to click on the page again or pop it back from the task bar.

any ideas?
