Minimum budget for 60fps gaming with 4K surround/eyefinity?

I have a $5,000~ USD budget for a 4K surround build, but I would love to lower it, a lot. What would be the minimum I would have to pay to achieve 60+ FPS on low~ settings?

Here are the games I would be playing,

  • BF4
    The Crew
    Minecraft
    Need for Speed Rivals/Most Wanted 2012
    Thief
    Skyrim
    Grid 2
    Shadow of Mordor
    South Park the Stick of Truth
    The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

I forgot to state in the title, but I would love it if someone could make this into a partlist. I don't have the monitors, so if one of you could add that to the part list, that would be greatly appreciated.
 
4k surround as in triple 4k monitors? You'd need like another extra $3,000 to maybe achieve that. If you include my TV, my build is like over $10,000 and I'm not sure if I can even achieve triple 4k monitors, which is why I stayed with 1 display :)
 


There are tons of builds under $7,000, that can run 4k surround. I'm just asking if anyone knows the minimum budget, and if they could compile a part list for me.
 


Try this then, but there's no guarantee if you can run all 3 smoothly, perhaps 1-2. But you never know until you try it :) This is as cheap as I can make it for 4k.

And you want to fit all that under $5,000? Not possible, lol, lowest is $6,000.

I'd say just get 1 monitor for now and try the other 2 later when you have more $, and if the system can't handle it, you can always return the monitors :) If you buy just 1 now you should be ale to fit under $5,000.
