Minimum CPU Requirements for Dedicated Streaming PC

I was wondering what the minimum processor requirements are for streaming 1080p 60 FPS video. I will be using a 2 PC setup with a capture card (Avermedia Livegamer Extreme) Capturing from my Gaming PC to the Streaming PC. All the processor will be doing is encoding the video then sending it out to the internet. So what is the minimum requirements for this? I don't care about whether it is AMD or Intel. Please remember this is budget so that's why I need the absolute minimum of what I should get. Thank you in advance!

Depends, with a quad core Amd fx cpu,
An 7970 card with smooth video option enabled for internet.
And hardware encoding enabled plus the live gamer card.
The only thing to foul it all up apart from your internal network set up.
Would be be down to the speed and quality of your internet service provider.
What speed package you have, probs fiber optic.

Depending on the provider, it can suffer at peak times of the day or weekends.
But it`s down to the Isp and traffic management policy they have, throttling after sustained high up or download speeds.
Or speed caps that come into effect based on the amount of Gb used.

With all the new Video codec out for compression it keep the size of the encode of video and audio quite low.
So a four core or Six core as the main cpu should do fine.
Intel cpu`s no problem at all. I5 at least mid tier.
as for system memory 4Gb min. 8Gb recommended.

I say Min a 4 core cpu.

Not to sure about the brand, or Gpu of graphics card. But I have seen someone use a Nvidia 750 Ti card and it worked fine at streaming, and playing.

One more thing to consider is if using the say your Internal network setup is the speed your port, switch or router can set it`s self t in speed 10Mbps, not good. If other things or comps doing transfer over internal network, and heavy download up loading.
100Mbps - 1000Mbps no glitches or lags during streaming @ 1080p. With comps doing transfer over internal network/ internet fine.
