Core i5-2310, 8 GB ddr3 ram and 2gb gddr5 gt 1030.

Shadowplay uses "only" the GPU to record and yes 10series nvidia cards can very easily record at 1080p/60 ,the thing is that the 1030 can't play many games at 1080/60 same for the CPU.
Games that you are able to play at 1080/60 will have no problems to be recorded at 1080/60 as well.

No streaming. Just normal recording.
