Minimum Internet Speed For PC Online Gaming

I was wondering what the minimum speed was to play either Garry's Mod or H1Z1 on a PC. My download is .14 mbps (143 kbps) and upload is .31 mbps (317 kbps). Would that be sufficient?

Really, for multiplayer games, anything better than Dial-up connection is fine. What I would recommend for internet speed is at least 1 GB/s for fast, lag-free gameplay
But really, all you need is any broadband connection.

1Gbs internet speeds would be extremely expensive.

Anything above 10-15 Mbs is good.
