Minimum power supply for EVGA Geforce GTX 970?

My computer has a PSU gives 460W of power, but the site where I am buying this graphics card recommends the wattage power should be at least 500. I am wondering if I can use this GPU with a power supply of 460W

I know of no good quality 460 watt PSU's. It might work for awhile depending on the rest of your system, but I personally wouldn't risk damaging the rest of my components.
