What is the the minimum requirement psu for an Intel core I7 without custom cooler and graphic card?

Not much. It takes only 50w or so when u game so 350w is more than you need.

The rig could be anything that the cpu support. I just want to know the power requirement for a budget i7 rig. Thank you all for your wonderful feedback.

with gtx 770 it takes about 200w. whole system when u system is under 3d load.
