I've just recently heard about this software "SweetFX Shader Suite", Which improves the graphical quality of the game by filtering and using other sort of mechanism. As it require additional CPU and GPU time, I was wondering what can be the minimum requirements(CPU & GPU) for using this software. I'm building my budget PC and I'm using

CPU: Athlon X4 750k
GPU: AMD r7 260x or AMD Radeon HD 7770

Will the above CPU & GPU be enough for using SeetFX. If not then what changes should I make.

Depends on the game/program you're using SweetFX with.

SweetFX is highly configurable,it can make absolutely 0 changes to the game while still being "in-game",or it can change just about everything from the amounts and type of AA used to the hue of the screen.

Most of the awesome screenshots you see with SweetFX enabled use very modest SweetFX settings to preserve the "realism" of the viewed product. Which barely effects performance.

The above combination will have no trouble with SweetFX alone,as long as the program using SweetFX isnt too heavy or buggy.(i.e Watch_Dogs)

Have you personally played Watchdogs with SweetFX. Did you notice any graphical improvements.

No,watch dogs was too much of a mess for me to worry about, plus the driving was too arcade-y.
Ive used SweetFX for other games though and you can tell a difference.
