what would be the minimum system req to stream fortnite and dota2 and game on the same machine?

i own a
r3 1200 @3.8k
b350 mobo
2x4gb ddr 4 3000mhz
gtx 650 ti boost 2gb

4 cores without hyperthreading is still fine for streaming dota 2. Just try it 1080p 60FPS may be achievable.
