Pcie is backwards compatible. It will work with even 1st gen. Besides most mining rigs use risers that run pcie gen3 x 1.0 which is equivalent with pcie gen2 x 2.0i don’t think that the GeForce Rtx 3060 or 3070 will work with pcie 2.
