Mionix Naos 7000 Software not installing

I got a naos 7000 by Mionix for Chirstmas and am having trouble installing the software. I have been in chat with the support group but I have gotten two replies in the last 10 days so I can't really rely on them for help anymore.

The problem I am having is that I simply cannot install the software. Trying to install the software leads to nothing and trying to run as admin leads only to the folder where I have the software downloaded to crash and become unresponsive. I have tried running as Admin, Running in compatibility mode, turning off my firewall, and running the mouse in bootloader mode to try and force new firmware into the mouse.

Does anyone have any ideas at to how to fix this problem? I don't hate the default blue but it is really clashing with my otherwise green and black system

Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Is this instance of Windows 10 anew or availed via the free upgrade path? You can try and perform a repair install and later try and install your Naos 7000's software.

I'd otherwise suggest performing a clean install after creating a bootable USB installer.
