Miracast Not Supported?

Hi guys I have searched a lot so far about Miracast and similar stuff..
I am very confused now..

In general I would like to get my PC screen to cast on my TV.
In this case it is for playing games.

My PC has a wifi dongle 5g from NetGear.
TV is Samsung UE48H6400.


Windows 10, newest version, always updated.

When I click connect or project cant see my TV on the list.

Weird thing is that I can easily stream screen from my Laptop which is Win10 as well.
So I suppose my TV DOES SUPPORT miracast. (It is called screen mirroring in samsung).

I checked in dxdiag and it says twice miracast is not supported.

What do I need to buy to make my PC to be able to miracast as a sender to my TV which is receiver?

My rig:
I5 6600k
Gtx 1060 6gb
Asus Z170M-PLUS Intel Mobo

Sorry mate but I am not that good into these thing as much..
Please, Could you just link specific PCIe card that I should buy which will fit and works in my rig?
