Mirillis Action Audio Echo?

I use Mirillis Action to record gameplay on my PC and a few days ago when watching the recording I noticed an echo that only happens when my mic is on. I have my audio through a headset with a built in mic and it's not loud enough to be picked up by the mic. I messed around with the setting and found that it's only when the mic is on, I can record them into separate tracks but I run into problems when editing the 2 tracks together. Anyone familiar with Mirillis Action and know how to fix this?

I have looked everywhere and can't find anything. I don't want to switch to a different program because Action seems to be the best for what I do
