Mirrored Disks - At Risk Message

I added a Mirror to my existing WB Blue 1TB disk (mirror disk also the same brand and size). After re-synching, there is an "At Risk" message in both disk. What seems to be the problem and how can this be fixed? TIA

for this google is pretty good, you should google your error message and your controller model to see what "At Risk" indicates.
