Misc. Motherboard fan headers use for chassis fans?

CPU OPT Fan header and AIO Pump header can I use these ports for chassis fans? Would I be able to adjust them or would it be better to just hook them to my PSU and run them at 100% all the time? I do not want to use a splitter I had a bad experience with one previously. The CPU header, High Amp header, and the two chassis fan headers on my motherboard are already filled I have extra fans from my previous build and I'd like to install them.

Yes, you can use those headers. For the pump header, change the setting of AIO PUMP/W_PUMP+ Control in BIOS.
