Mismatched triple monitor gaming?

I have an 24" acer GD235hz (1920x1080 120hz) for my center monitor, flanked by 2 20" HP S2031 (1600x900 60hz) monitors. I mainly use them for productivity, as I do school and all on them. However, I was wondering if there was a way to do triple monitor gaming on them.

I currently have a GTX 970, and I don't care if they all run at 60hz. As of now, I can activate surround, but only at (around) 3000x768 resolution. This causes the image to look terrible in game, and be stretched beyond tolerance. Is there a way to do surround (or alike), but with all 3 monitors at max resolution?

I have seen the "BF4 borderless" program, but that only works for BF4. Is there something like that I can use for all of my games? I play a great assortment, so it needs to work for all of 'em.

Thanks in advance!

That is sorta what I was thinking. I have seen lots of programs that use software emulation (?) to create a virtual single screen across all three (if that makes sense), just like BF4 Borderless.

Due to the mismatched resolution, it's likely not going to be possible. I've got three completely different monitors running at 1080p, and on my GTX 680 it works fine (a little slow, but fine). The side monitors will look a little stretched because of the 'fish-eye' effect- this is due to the viewing angles set by the game at such a wide resolution.
