Missing a lot of dlls

For the past few months I haven’t been able to play a lot of games or start a lot of programs because of missing dlls for example vcruntime something dll api ms something dll I’m not able to play pubg or rainbow six because of those dlls went missing I would appreciate if anyone can give me a solution to fix this without having to reformat the pc and I also tried manually moving dlls into the files

A lot of games use the same version of vcruntime etc... try running a repair on a few games and see if it reinstalls your missing dlls.

Also if you are playing any games from steam, try running a integrity check on the games.
