Missing a Password

Ok so I have a old computer laying around that is running vista (yikes) All I want to do is perform a fresh installation of vista on the computer but I can't because I don't have the password to the one account on the PC to access system recovery. I would use the admin account or the guest account but they are disabled. I do not have any of the CD's that came with the PC so I cant do anything there. Is there anything that I can do? I tried booting off of a windows 10 bootable usb but the computer just displayed "invalid partition table" and would just stop at that. Any ideas?
