Question Missing App

My sister has a Crafting machine call a scan and cut it's a Cm350 made by Brothers, the App for it run on W10. she telling me the App is not showing up at all she check the Add and Remove programs and try try searching for it in the search box on the task bar. When she go to re-download the App it say she already has it. She don't live near me so I going on what she saying.

Have her R-click on Start and select Run.
Have her type shell:appsfolder and hit enter.
See if the app is in there.

Thank you, she said she got it not sure how but thinking it was user error.
