I've looked around for a very long time trying to find a matching cable, looking on other threads, and even asked some friends for help, and will continue to do so unless yall can help me. any help is appreciated.

Solution
You have a semi-modular PSU. You should have at least 1x8-pin PCIe power cable that isn't modular. I can actually see it in the picture and it is connected to the PSU. You can run that GPU with just a single 8-pin. Any extra cables would have come in the PSU box.
