Missing can't see my CD ROM and DVD RW in windows or Device Manager

Hello, How do i fix my missing DVD Drive. I have deleted the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters and still can't see my CD ROM and DVD RW in windows or Device Manager

Hello, How do i fix my missing DVD Drive. I have deleted the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters and still can't see my CD ROM and DVD RW in windows or Device Manager

Check in "Disk Management": Does it have a valid Drive letter Assigned ?
