I got this used ASUS GT1030 GPU yesterday. While I was cleaning it, I noticed that one capacitor was literally torn apart (solder pads intact). Since it wasnt there when I bought it, I don't know the capacitors specs

Is it an important one?
Where can I find a replacement?

The text on the pcb near the capacitor reads PMCE1.
I was able to find an image of the card with the text on the capacitor barely readable

Any help would be appreciated

nice to hear that then. Hopefully, it works well for your pc.

I do wonder if the seller has been using that for a long time with one capacitor missing.?

Most likely. That thing was a mess when I bought it, covered with dust and crap, they didnt care much about it.

I might have even seen some bugs in the pc case?

It's in safe hands now though

it's good it ended up with you then.

assuming it's a GDDR5 version. If you pair it with at least 8Gb ram and a good cpu.. it will give you a decent 720p in most games. Even 1080p in less demanding games.

I also own a 1030, but different model from yours, so cannot help with identifying the capacitor.
