Question Missing components on gigabyte rx 460

I bought a dead gigabyte RX 460 4GB
1 cap and I think 1 resistor is missing but I don't know the value of these components can someone tell me values?
Missing C21, MR1028.

cuz i live in Pakistan ppl can't afford expensive GPU i can sell it for around 150$ here

all for just 390$
but the problem is I didn't repair GPU before lol

Lots of things can go wrong. It's not like learning how to make toast.
