Knowing the Chinese its either an embarrassing medical problem. And by embarrassing I mean an odd ailment or he went to a western nation to gt healthcare...

Or he got caught doing something very stupid and they are taking care of it before the media finds out.
 
He might have gone for a drive in a tank and accidently run over a few university students ... the Chinese are a bit careless like that.
