Question Missing disk space on PNY CS900

I noticed that my ssd is missing 170 GB of space. WinDirStat is saying I'm only using 155 GB, but 325 gb is shown as used. Does anyone know what can cause this?

Yes, I did run as admin. I also tried using Treesize, which yielded a similar result.

This also looks fine to me. D:/ is an external drive.

Same goes for anything in "System Volume Information". Such locations belong to "System" and are not accessible to even the "Administrator" account.

I am having the nearly exact same issue. Just got a new SkyTech computer last night. It came with this same drive installed. I have 162GB of unaccounted space. I've done all the same things, WinDirStat run as admin, Disk management, Partition Wizard, all are telling me I have about 90GB used but File explorer and Partition Wizard space analyzer both say I have 251GB used. Maybe bad drive? Bad set up? How could a new drive already have 160+GB of space already encrypted or locked up as System resources?
