Since I installed SP2 I am unable to remove or add window components; the
reason given is the file custsat.dll on Messenger is needed. I am asked to
copy files from C:|windows|i386 by clicking OK; this opens the i386 directory
but tells me that custsat.dll cannot be found; consequently the installation
or removal cannot continue. I would appreciate any suggestions how to locate
this file. Thx.

Hi

How did you install SP2? If with a slipstreamed SP2 CD try using that in cd
drive instead.
