I had to do a clean install of my windows 7.

I lost the driver for the wireless internet capabilities and bluetooth.

I have tried downloading and installing from the asus site http://www.asus.com/Desktops/M51BC/HelpDesk_Download/

and the device manager still keeps saying I do not have the drivers installed.
The device manager id's are BCM20702A0 and Network controller.

Is there a different driver or something I am missing to do.

PLEASE help as this is my computer for college.
Sorry if this doesn't fit the standard of posts as this is my first post on this site.

Not sure how to find the device reboot but under properties it gives this:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

To which I have tired everything it just isn't helping

I did and it installed to the computer it but it doesn't actually effect the device manager.

The card is both wireless internet and bluetooth as an 2 in 1 model.

unsure it helps it has anatel on it and its marked the M51bc-08 just as the computer is.

This is the card that came with the computer when I bought it from best buy.

I have to go to work. But PAUL NZ if you have any others ideas I will check back on my lunch and see if any can work...

To all others reading or will be reading also post your thoughts and I will go through and check them to see if they help.

So i did what you said, and I copied one of the hardware id's into google. and it sent me to
http://www.driveridentifier.com/

I downloaded their driver scanner and it gave me a list of the drivers, I went to the one that I didn't have them (listed above)

and I downloaded both the wireless one didn't help from Asus but the from broadcom did.

and I found the right bluetooth.

put the folders on desktop, searched for them in the device manager (to search locally) and they installed and I am now up and running.

Now I jsut need to install everything else that the computer needs.

Thank you PaulNZ
