Missing Drivers on Aspire one D255E

Hello, I recently upgraded my friends netbook from Windows 7 Starter 32 Bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
Before the upgrade it could connect to the internet wired and wireless, Now it can't connect even if i plug in the Ethernet cable to it. I checked on the netbook and it says that it doesn't have any Ethernet Controller or Network Adapter installed
Any help?

I have already I downloaded different Wireless LAN drivers and still nothing

But nothing seems to work

Btw, what is the model and spec of the netbook?

Can you provide a screen shot of the device manager with the show hidden device option selected?

I had a similar problem with Acer Aspire One Netbook.
I upgraded the BIOS to the latest version available and I was able to connect to Internet via WiFi and also with cable.
