Question Missing Drivers Windows 11

I just did a clean install to Windows 11 and I looked in the device manager and it says under "Other Devices" I'm missing a PCI Device and SM Bus Controller Driver. I've installed my Nvidia graphics drivers already. Does anyone know what this is caused by and if I need to fix it?

you will need to install chipset driver, either from AMD or from Intel or from mainboard manufacturer website

Okay, I couldn't find the correct download for my CPU do you think you could link me it? It's for a i7 10700k I couldn't find a download for Windows 11.
