missing dxcpl in windows sdk 7.1

hello sir.....i has installed windows sdk 7.1 . but when i'm searching for dxcpl.exe it is showing "no results"...please help me to fix it

Hello sir...thanks for your reply.
i has already installed directx 10. on searching dxdiag,exe,it is showing my directx installed and version as 10.All i,m not able to find is dxcpl.exe(directx properties)..

i advice to install directx 11.1 and then search dxcpl.exe

first install directx 11.1 and then search
