missing enable SVM option in BIOS (amd phenom II X4 960T)

I have AMD Phenom II X4 960T
motherboard: ASUS M5A97 (Socket 942) rev1
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

It does support virtualization

I found in mb manual, that my bios options should be like this:

But i'm missing CPU confuguration stuff:

So does anyone know where is the problem?
