Missing Files from Copying onto internal Hard drive

Hello,
I have very slow internet, so in order for me to make fast download I have my friend download it and i go to his place so i can put it on my internal hard drive and then connect it to my computer and finally copy it to my ssd drive. I've done it before with fallout 4 and what happened was it didnt show on my hard drive when i first put it in, however it showed up after waiting a while but this other game isn't showing up for me after multiple restarts. Any ideas on why it isnt coming up and how to make it show up on my hard drive?
