Missing games and programs

I've recently installed a cracked game however, it was not successful. After that, the folder that contains all of my games have gone missing and the games were uninstalled. My SSHD is fine, I don't know what happened. Please advise!

Currently running it. Btw, earlier I saw a process on task manager that say's ztool.exe and it has a high CPU usage. I've ended the process. Is it related?

probably, i do not recognise that name, google says its malware
