I've got a HP Envy touchsmart 15t-j000 quad that has both an ssd and a 1TB hard drive. It got infected with some virus that just couldn't be removed so I did a factory reset to try to solve the problem. My OS was installed in the ssd in one partition (189 gb) and I had 931 GB as my E drive. apart from this there was a recovery partition of around 26 gb if I'm not wrong. And another partition called HPtools. Now after the reset, 931 gb is missing!!! Right now it's like : C (Windows) - 181 GB, local disk D - 104 gb, build E - 1.99 gb, recovery F - 25.6 gb. Also, the recovery is red it never was that way before
Oh I can see that there's 823.74 GB and 789 MB unallocated. How do I get my computer back to its original space? The way the SSD's split is weird too. Unfortunately I didn't take a look at how it was before I did the reset.
